My clinical experience spans psychiatric settings, education environments and private practice in both the United Kingdom and Greece. In also includes work with parents and facilitation of group-based interventions.
About me
I work primarily with adults experiencing profound emotional distress – whether arising from persistent internal pressure and anxiety, deep-seated sadness or anger, or during periods of personal exploration and transition.
With the therapeutic process, a secure and containing space is established, where you are invited to speak freely, deepen your self-understanding and thoughtfully engage with what concerns you – without fear or judgment. Grounded in a psychodynamic approach, our work attends to unconscious processes, early relational experiences, and the ways in which these continue to shape and inform present life.
Alongside my clinical work, I actively contribute to talks and workshops that bring group-analytic thinking into dialogue with contemporary aspects of everyday life.
